Let’s learn to talk to a doctor about an injury. We will practice telling the doctor what part of our body hurts and learn how a doctor can help us by treating our injury. We will focus on these phrases: What is the problem?, My … hurts a lot, I will … . In the second part of this video, you will practice on your own. This will help build your English speaking ability and develop your fluency. This is an interactive listening and speaking video. There is no background music. Have fun learning to talk to a doctor about an injury and speak English now.

English in use:

The doctor will see you now. What is the problem? My ankle. My ankle hurts a lot! I will wrap it. Thank you, doctor.

The doctor will see you now. What is the problem? My knee. My knee hurts a lot! I will wash it. Thank you, doctor.

The doctor will see you now. What is the problem? My hand. My hand hurts a lot! I will stitch it up. Thank you, doctor.
