Acute gastritis is a condition involving inflammation of the gastric (stomach) mucosa. A wide variety of factors can cause acute gastritis including some bacterial infections, consumption of certain beverages and some medications. This inflammation of the stomach lining leads to a variety of symptoms. In this lesson, we discuss a large list of causes of acute gastritis, including all of the signs and symptoms, complications of acute gastritis, and how clinicians diagnose and treat acute gastritis.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: I forgot to mention that in the case of B12 deficiency caused by gastritis (which can be from atrophic gastritis or autoimmune gastritis), B12 INJECTIONS are required as oral supplements will not be absorbed efficiently!*

WHAT IS ACID REFLUX:
Heartburn is a burning feeling in the chest caused by stomach acid travelling up towards the throat know as acid reflux. If it keeps happening, it’s called gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD in the UK) or (GERD in the USA).
Acid reflux is very common in fact 1 in 10 people get acid reflux almost every day! In this weeks video I’m going to give you some great tips that should really help.
MAIN SYMPTOMS OF ACID REFLUX:
• Heartburn – a burning sensation in the middle of your chest
• An unpleasant sour taste in your mouth, caused by stomach acid
You may also have:

An unusual way to contract a disease but, however it sounds funny, there can be a lot of diseases that can get transferred through kissing, when two people are kissing there is an exchange of fluids from the oral cavity, the oral cavity can have a lot of microorganisms including bacteria or viruses. Most often we see Kissing disease or infectious mononucleosis or glandular fever, though it is quite common, it gets better with good rest and hydration.
